I find his threads boring.
He’s probably the same in real life.
am i the only one who think's a lot of the amazing stories terry come up with are fabricated or completely untrue?
every week he tells us how he by chance ran into a jw, mormon, evangilcial, etc.
and comes up with witty answers every time to counter every point they make and than have them running in fear.

i was wondering how many of the sisters on this board had to sit in the back seat while in service.
when i was single i almost always used my car and unlike most of the sister who turned over their cars to the brothers to drive and would then take the back seat in their own car i never did.
so i did not have a problem with this being single.
Let me get this right – a brother would assume driver privileges of YOUR car? Not for any good reason (tiredness, headache etc) but simply so that the men would be in the front, and women in the back????
It never happened in the congregations where I lived.
I know of occasional instances where the brother would drive his own car and have another brother sit in the front, while his wife and another sister would sit in the back. But this was partly for convenience, so that the sisters could gossip freely with each other!!
I was in situations where the husband and wife sat in the front, I sat in the back and another brother might be in the back with me, but that’s not the situation you’re talking about, is it?
i had never heard of this before - i wonder if it would work?
sammieswife.
south african women may be issued with anti-rape condoms ahead of the football world cup.
I think it’s a good idea.
why's it so hard to find them?
it seems like everyone i see around me smokes: my apartments, every job i've ever had, people on the streets.
finding a quality guy that smells good and has a functioning brain not strung out on drugs or alcohol every week is hard to find..
And White Dove…. I hear ya.
I don’t think smokers realise just how pervasive the smell of cigarette smoke is.
Or that it’s not an attractive smell to non-smokers.
It’s funny, but I’ve been chatting to a guy who’s been saying the same thing about women. He finds it hard to find women who aren’t smokers or into drugs. Or that have kids.

Umm, no, not Craiglist. WD has higher standards than that.
are you single and looking for a soul mate?
or do you consider yourself to be available?
please, declare on this thread..
Scott sweetie, listen to what Aunty White Dove wrote in that quote.
Especially if you want to have any success with women.
Just a hint.
first of all, i have no intentions of confessing any thing to a committee!
but i've got the goods on my ex-father-in-law that will get him disfellowshipped.
i don't normally go around doing that kind of thing, but he lied and had another elder lie trying to get me disfellowshipped when ever my wife walked out on my seven-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter to fly from al to ny to be with a man she met on the internet.
Hopefully, the injustice that the congregation members see in this instance will help open their eyes to see that the Borg isn’t lead by God.
I am not sure of your motives for wanting to share the guy’s letter with the congregation, although revenge is something that comes to mind.
Just be mindful of what you are doing and the consequences of your actions.
it has taken me a long time, but i have finally put together an article outlining how i used the law to force bethel to send me my personal files.
it is a very long article full of scans, so i have linked to it at http://jwfacts.com/watchtower/experiences/personal-files-privacy-act-1988.php.
in brief, in 2006 i requested that bethel send me my files on the basis that the australian privacy act 1988 entitles people to receive a copy of any information a corporation holds about them.
Hi Paul,
I have just finished reading that page and all the associated documentation – WOW!!
You have a PM.

White Dove wasn’t saying that smokers were evil.
She is simply lamenting the fact that she finds it hard to find “a quality guy” who doesn’t smoke, or to find places where ppl aren’t smoking.
As a non-smoker, I understand her dilemma. Sure, there are quality men who smoke, but if a person doesn’t like kissing an ashtray, then it’s often hard to find someone who doesn’t.
LOL @ George
